I'm multiple steps behind on the blog - meaning, I'm nowhere near Punta Arenas or the land of penguins anymore. Couple more posts and we'll be back on track. The pictures are ready to go, I just don't want to overwhelm anyone.
Anyway, not much to narrate here. I took the ferry to Isla Magdalena (2 days delayed on account of heavy winds) to see one of the largest penguin colonies in the world. Although most of the little ones had already left for warmer climates, there were still tens of thousands hanging around. Jaw dropping!
They were hard to capture (I ended up shooting a lot of video), but I got a few I was happy with.
